I want to try antibiotic resistance method for selecting transgenic worms by Lehner using puromycin (Nature Methods, 2010) or Dupuy using neomycin (Nature Methods, 2010). I would appreciate any feed back if anyone else tried these methods. Whcih antibiotic selection has more advantages over other and what are the limitations found by you.
