I have a wishlist of molecular tools for analyzing neural circuits in worms, some of which are available and working, some of which are not. These were discussed at a session during the Neural Circuits Meeting at Janelia Farm; I’m posting them here for more general discussion and to get ideas. Please comment if you have something you think should be on the list but is not, or if you’ve worked on these tools and could provide some input.
