Can anyone suggest a strain that has a pharynx specific RFP or YFP reporter expressed in larval stage worms and is non-rolling? A GFP reporter may also be useful. Thanks for your help!
myo-2 ::GFP has nice expression in the pharyngeal muscle cells. If you need YFP or wCherry reporters, our lab has cloned several constructs that are specifically expressed in the pharyngeal gland cells (see Smit et al. 2008 PLoS Genetics 4(10): e1000222).
