Ochre (CAA/TAA) suppressors

Hello

Although there’s plenty known about amber suppressors, I haven’t found any mention of ochre (specifically CAA glutamine to TAA stop) suppressors in worms. I’m more interested in existing and available mutant strains, rather than transgenics carrying an introduced modified tRNA.

This is anecdotal (it’s what I was told, rather than anything I can back up with a literature citation), but supposedly only amber suppressors have ever been found in C. elegans, never an ochre or an opal suppressor.
