Opportunity to study cell adhesion and the cytoskeleton in Singapore

Postdoc, graduate student, and technician positions available in the lab of Dr. Ronen Zaidel-Bar (http://celladhesionlab.com) to study the regulation of cell-cell adhesion and cytoskeletal dynamics in tissue culture and in the model organism C. elegans. The lab is part of the new Research Center of Excellence in Mechanobiology in the National University of Singapore (http://www.dbs.nus.edu.sg/mechano), which is setup to be the world’s leading center for interdisciplinary research in tissue, cellular and molecular mechanics. Singapore is a world-class city offering a high standard of living within an exciting blend of cultures, cuisine and arts (http://app.www.sg/).

Highly-motivated candidates with a strong background in cell and developmental biology, biophysics or biology-related engineering should send a CV, a description of research interests, and names of three references to Dr. Zaidel-Bar (zaidelbar.lab@gmail.com).

Successful applicants will be offered a competitive salary package, and a housing allowance.
