Ordering from NBRP C elegans (Mitani stock center): I received an “eMTA” PDF that lays out terms and conditions but has no where for my institution to sign to acknowledge and accept the terms. They did request contact info for my institution’s tech transfer office–will the NBRP contact them directly? Just trying to figure out how this is supposed to work–my tech transfer office is confused and so am I. Thanks!

An update in case anyone is interested: Apparently the new procedure is just that they send you the electronic PDF eMTA when you submit your order and by taking delivery of the worms, you indicate your implicit agreement. There is nothing to sign and send back.
Hi everyone, has anyone had issues with the payment process when requesting strains from the NBPR? I submitted my request and the consortium sent me a link to complete the payment, but it shows an error. I explained the situation to them, but they don’t know the cause and haven’t offered an alternative. Any ideas?
