I am very interested in obtaining an orfeome clone from orfeome version 3 that is not listed as “cloned”. The clone appears to be nominally complete but missing the last two exons of the gene, and as the gene is very large >30k, I really don’t want to engineer a cDNA from scratch. Does anyone know if such clones are made available? I think only the cloned genes can be purchased through Open Biosystems.
