Dear all, I want to know if we can give Oxidative stress to L4 or gravid worms and then check gene expressions in the layed embryos in C.elegans ? Have anyone done the protocol for the same?
Will worms are able to lay eggs under oxidative stress conditions ( Paraquat ) ? If yes, till which concentration of the Paraquat. Thank you.

I have used paraquat at its sub lethal doses, like between 0.1mM - 0.5mM, and found they were still able to lay eggs.
