My lab has been following up on the old observation that injection into worms can trigger egg laying.
I could have sworn this has been noted in the literature before, but I have not been able to identify any sources despite a pretty deep dive into the injection methods literature. Can anyone help? We want to cite any foundational observations in our paper, as surely we are not the first.
