If you read Maduro and Pilgrim, it appears that pMM016 is a HindIII / XhoI subclone of cosmid M142 in pBluescript II KS-.

pDP#MM016B, my old friend. The ‘B’ refers to an in vitro mutagenized Bgl II site generated just after the stop codon.
