Does anyone know if there is a strain that can indicate the intracellular acid level of worms? i think should be a ph-sensitive fluorescence strain, but i did not find that on CGC. Hope people here can help me !
A Google search will take you to the Google Books extract of this Keith Nehrke chapter in a 2006 book edited by Kevin Strange, which appears to cite several useful papers (although the free Google Books preview doesn’t include the chapter’s bibliography). In particular, the reader’s attention is directed to the reporter pHluorin, for which a Google Scholar search will turn up dozens of papers. I’d recommend contacting the author(s) of one or more of those papers to request their published reagents.
