pha-1 plasmid

Hello! I’ve been using pha-1 as a co-injection marker, but have been unsuccessful in rescuing the lethal phenotype of the pha-1 mutant. The rescuing plasmid is call “P3T” but neither our lab nor the lab we got it from knows anything about it. I get nice bands with an EcoR1 digest, but want to ensure they are the right size. Does anyone know the sequence of P3T or even what it should like when digested by any restriction enzyme? Thanks for any help!

I think this plasmid is from the Schnabel lab, you might contact Ralf Schnabel at r.schnabel@tu-bs.de

If it helps, this paper gives information on pC1 and pBX (plasmids containing the pha-1 gene): http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC308061/pdf/nar00033-0260.pdf
