Join our growing lab at IMol PAS to investigate how spliceosome regulation shapes stem cell fate in the C. elegans germline. We are seeking a motivated early-career researcher with a strong background in molecular biology and/or genetics. Experience with C. elegans is an advantage but not required. This fully funded position is available for up to 4 years, starting October 1, 2025 (or later, if necessary).
The project aims to elucidate how dynamic changes in spliceosome composition control germline specification and cell fate decisions in C. elegans. You will apply cutting-edge molecular biology techniques, advanced microscopy, and genome-editing tools to investigate the role of splicing factors during development.
We offer comprehensive training, access to top-tier facilities, opportunities for conference participation, and a friendly, collaborative research environment within a highly international institute.
