My lab is looking to hire organized, systematic and motivated individuals to work in creating and analyzing transgenic nematode strains for WormGUIDES project (a collaboration with Zhirong Bao, Hari Shroff and Bill Mohler characterizing and mapping neurodevelopmental events in C. elegans embryos). This is a great position for an undergraduate looking to do a postbac before transitioning to graduate school or medical school (but I will also consider hiring technicians, etc). I am looking for, ideally, a two year commitment or more from a person with expertise in C. elegans and in molecular biology (all pluses, but not requirements).
