The Walker lab at UMASS Medical School is hiring postdocs and technicians for NIH funded positions to work on how methylation impacts stress-related pathways and aging. We use C. elegans, cultured mammalian cells and (sometimes) mice. Projects span differential regulation/epigenetic potential of SAM-producing enzymes to studying links between lipid metabolism and membrane stress. We are in an interactive environment in Worcester, MA with a great community of metabolism researchers and also lots of C. elegans labs. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or check out our website: amywalkerlab.com for more details! Please send a cover letter explaining your interests and a current CV. We strive to be an inclusive environment and welcome any candidate excited about science.
