Postdocs, single-cell analysis of embryogenesis; Sloan-Kettering, NYC;

Opportunities to help shape a new lab –

Postdoc positions are available in the Bao lab at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center/Sloan-Kettering Institute in New York City. The lab studies the molecular and cellular mechanisms of C. elegans embryogenesis through systematic single-cell analysis, enabled by a homegrown system that automatically tracks every cell at every minute during development. General areas of interest include developmental cell cycle control and morphogenesis (see http://www.mskcc.org/mskcc/html/80954.cfm). Specific projects will be discussed and tailored towards individual interests and skills. Expertise in one or more of the following fields is preferred: genetics, cell biology, worm biology, microscopy or quantitative/computational analysis. SKI provides strong support for postdoctoral fellows and their families, including competitive salary, housing, childcare and others (http://www.mskcc.org/mskcc/html/70849.cfm). Please email cover letter, CV, and contact information for three references to .
