The McJunkin lab seeks Ph.D. students and postdoctoral fellows with an interest in mechanisms of miRNA degradation. We are using classical genetics and genome editing in C. elegans and CRISPR screens in mammalian cells, along with next-generation sequencing, cell biology, and biochemical techniques. For more information, please see our website (Section on Regulatory RNAs - NIDDK).
