We have a NIH-funded postdoctoral position opening in evolutionary genomics. We study genomic evolution in experimental and natural populations of C. elegans, C. briggsae and other nematodes. This position will involve the handling and analysis of Illumina high-throughput DNA sequencing data. Candidates with Unix/Perl programming experience are preferred. PhD required.
