Dear all,

question 1:
if i want to treat c. elegans with paraquat in liquid, should i add OP50?
Paper online didn’t mention the feeding when they did the anti-oxidize experiment? so i wonder?

question 2:
and how to kill OP50 before feeding the worms?

question 3:
I found that all my experimental worms they died with “gonad prolapse” , is that normal?

after seeding the bacteria onto the agar plate, u can expose it to UV to kill it.
