rapamycin for c.elegans

[b]Hi, guys, did someone treat c.elegans with rapamycin? Does the rapamycin work in the case of c.elegans?

and what’s the concentration? dissolved in DMSO or M9？(I find it so hard to dissolve rapamycin in M9). Thak U!

Hi, sorry to disturb you.
I prepare rapamycin stock in DMSO and use S-medium for worm culture. But rapamycin precipitates right after adding the stock into the medium.
Have you had this issue? I wonder if you have found any approaches to improve the solubility of rapamycin in the culture medium. Many thanks for your suggestions.
