Research Associate or Postdoctoral Fellow – Molecular Pharmacology Laboratory, Mailman Research Center, McLean Hospital, Belmont, MA, USA, potential for position to last for three years.

The pharmacogenomics of Caenorhabditis elegans is used to discover novel genetic targets of psychoactive medications. Human disease gene homologs are also studied in knockout and transgenic animals. The fellow will be responsible for executing genetic, molecular biological, cell biological, and/or behavioral experiments. The fellow will also be expected to collaborate in writing manuscripts and grant proposals. Candidates must hold an M.D. or Ph.D. degree with a background in invertebrate and/or vertebrate genetics.
