We are looking for a research technician who has experiences in C. elegans research and will be involved in live-imaging,
genetic screens, and so on. Our lab is studying how a cell interprets multicellular environments to specify different cell division orientation and timing. Please check the following link for a detailed job description (https://www.hr.ubc.ca/jobs/staff.php?job_id=31790).
Our lab has started since October 1st, 2018 and is pretty new (Sugioka lab).
The lab is situated at the Life Sciences Institute (http://lsi.ubc.ca/) at the University of British Columbia and lab members will be allocated a shared office room. Please join us if you are interested in live-imaging, cell division, and working in a newly built decent building.
Please feel free to send me an email if you have any questions (sugioka@zoology.ubc.ca).
