A research technician position is available immediately in the laboratory of Dr. Anne Hart which is located in the Department of Neuroscience at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. The laboratory uses the nematode C. elegans as a model system to address the mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative disease using genetic and molecular approaches. Research technicians have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in these on-going studies. An applicant with prior experience with genetic model systems is preferred.
