RGD’s latest paper is available in Database, “Mapping of EFO terms from the GWAS catalog data to multiple ontologies at the Rat Genome Database.” Human GWAS data uses the Experimental Factor Ontology, and RGD has mapped EFO terms to all ontologies at RGD allowing the human data to be translationally associated with the wealth of preclinical data for rat genes, QTL, and strains.
