RNAi bacterial libraries other than Ahringer

Hello,
Has anyone made a RNAi feeding library for the ~15% of genes not included in the Ahringer library? Thanks for any advice!

Some of the genes not covered by the Ahringer library are available from the Vidal ORFeome RNAi library .

Also, some genes not covered by the Ahringer library, or the few that were cross-contaminated or failed to recover from the Ahringer library, are available from Open Biosystems (use the genome sequence identifier, e.g. F32A7.7). $108 each.

And, as with all feeding RNAi clones, make sure to sequence check the insert. From some Ahringer library wells where we’ve had a contaminant, we’ve been able to go back to that well and get the real thing. As a final check before giving up on a well, I usually sequence inserts from three independently isolated colonies.
