Hi all,

Does any body have worked with this -

Gene: sax-1
Allele: ky491

If yes, can you please send me the sequence analysis data of that. like the deletion /insertion size? where it begins and ends?

Because I dont see it in the wormbase.

Hi Sanjib,

A good tool for you to learn is Textpresso (http://www.textpresso.org/cgi-bin/wb/tfw.cgi), which by typing in ky491 I learned it was described in the following paper:http://www.molbiolcell.org/cgi/content/full/11/9/3177

I already did it for one of my other working gene (C30A5.3)
