Could anyone help me out by telling me a strain containing the snb-1::GFP fusion protein construct, that I could purchase from the CGC?

Preferably, the transgenic line should be run by a pan-neuronal promoter.

Did a quick search in the CGC for snb-1::GFP, and it looks as if NM306 (jsIs1) is what you want.
