Does anyone have experience with any of the versions of the split ubiquitin yeast two hybrid system to investigate potential protein-protein interactions? My lab is interested in using this system, but it’s been difficult to track down the original source of the plasmids. Also, we’re wondering if anyone can comment on the reliability of the split ubiquitin systems and/or provide suggestions regarding methodology. Many thanks for your help!
