Has anyone had any luck generating a transgenic worm that stably expresses Cas9 in the germ line? If I remember correctly from worm meeting reports, Mos insertions of eft-3::cas-9 were either not expressed or resulted in inviable worms. Has anyone had any luck troubleshooting this issue? I was thinking that heat shock promoters or DD-domain::CAS-9 fusions might be good places to start, but thought that members of the C.e. community might have already tried.
