I am looking for different stage-specific promoter can drive GFP express in different stage of embryo.
Except pie-1 and mex-5 promoter that drive gene expressing in germline, other stage such as early embryo (1~20 cells) and 100-cell stage were not well study.
Anyone know which promoters that can drive GFP start expressing in all cell at this two stages?
