Stop codon before GFP sequence?

Dear worm breeders,
I was trying to build subclone using pPD95.77. And I found there’s an in-frame stop codon (underlined) before GFP sequence, shown as below,

insert sequence… …aca taa cat aga aca ttt tca gga gga ccc ttg agg gta ccg gta gaa aaa ATG… …GFP sequence

It’s horrible to see a stop codon in MCS region.
Will the subclone overcome that stop codon to express visible GFP in transformed worms?

Best

The stop codon is in the middle of a synthetic intron. The complete sequence of the intron is:

gtatgtttcgaatgatactaacataacatagaacattttcag

Since it is spliced out prior to translation, the final transcript should read through just fine.

Thanks!
