Recently, I’m trying to use tagRFP-T instead of mCherry due to aggregation and brightness problems.
However, there are no worm-optimized version of tagRFP-T but mammalian or yeast one.
So, could you tell me which one would work better in worm-system considering codon-usage etc.?
