Technician position available, Hart laboratory in Boston

In the Hart laboratory, we use molecular, behavioral, cellular and genetic techniques to study neurodegenerative disease, behavior and development in the nematode C. elegans. We are looking for a research technician to assist with ongoing experiments and handle minor administrative duties. A two-year commitment is required; most technicians go to graduate school or medical school after two years in our laboratory. The laboratory is part of the Massachusetts General Hospital and affiliated with Harvard Medical School.
Employment start date is flexible. Applicants must have a B.S. or B.A. degree in biological sciences and a strong desire to learn. Experience with C. elegans would be advantageous. Please send C.V. and names of references to Dr. Anne Hart.
