technique used for infecting c.elegans with virus

what are techniques that can be used to infect c.elegans and what should be the viral load?

Hey,

I replied to you on your other thread. If you read the reference I linked it should help you.

thank you for your help but in that paper neither they discuss about infection technique nor titre volume.

Look again; from the linked paper:
Approximately 2000 embryos per well were immediately seeded into 6-well NGM plates that contained 20 µl of OP50 and were maintained at 20 °C. 16 h after bleaching, animals (L1–L2 stage) were exposed to 20 µl of Orsay virus (1×10^9 RNA copies/ml) or M9 buffer (mock control)
That's everything you asked for, right there. I suppose you do have to figure out for yourself that the exposure was done by pipetting the 20 ul onto the bacterial lawn, but it's hard to imagine any other method is being used. Or you could contact the authors directly.
