Date: Wednesday, June 14th 2 2023
Venue: Brandeis University, Waltham, MA
Please save the date for the 7th Annual Boston Area Drosophila Meeting – a gathering of Drosophila researchers from the Boston/New England area.
The program will consist of a day of talks by graduate students/post-docs/faculty and will include a keynote presentation by Norbert Perrimon, Harvard medical School.
Please forward this email to your lab members and colleagues – while we have tried to invite all fly researchers in the area as possible, we may have missed some, particularly if they are new to the area.
You can also subscribe (Contact | Boston Area Drosophila Meeting) to the email chain on the website or email the organizers your information at email@example.com.
We are seeking potential speakers for this event (Full Talks and Lightening Talks). We will also have a poster session. Deadline for Abstract Submission: May 19, 2023
Please email your abstracts to firstname.lastname@example.org
We hope that this meeting will provide an opportunity to get to know other fly researchers in the area, discover what everyone is doing and hopefully forge better connections and collaborations between fly labs.
Registration Details: Will be available soon. Please be sure to Contact | Boston Area Drosophila Meeting to get your invitation.
Looking forward to this exciting event!
