Two new disease model reports

MGI has produced two new weekly reports for disease models.

  1. MGI_DiseaseGeneModel is gene-centric report of human genes for which there is a one-to-one relationship with a mouse ortholog. The report shows the diseases associated with the human gene and any mouse genotype IDs associated with a mouse model for the disease. Transgenes and conditional alleles are included. “NOT models” (where the genotype does not sufficiently model the disease) are excluded.

  1. MGI_DiseaseMouseModel is a model-centric report of human genes for which there is a one-to-one relationship with a mouse ortholog. This report shows mouse models of human diseases and the models’ allele pairs and strain background. “NOT models” (where the genotype does not sufficiently model the disease) are included.
