Greetings,
I am wondering if anyone could shared an aliquot of the unc-119 rescuing plasmid for my transformations?
Thanks!

A bit surprisingly, Addgene doesn’t have the standard rescue plasmids (it has some things that might work but are a bit odd).
The usual thing to do is to email Morris Maduro or if you prefer David Pilgrim, mention the paper they published, and ask for one or more of the plasmids they describe in that paper. If you prefer, you could ask someone you know in a lab likely to have the plasmid - but they’d be doing you a special favor, while Maduro and/or Pilgrim are obligated to share their published reagent (though of course you’re imposing there, too, a bit, and should be grateful).
This all depends somewhat on where you are: I’d recommend asking someone in the same country, even if it’s not Maduro or Pilgrim, as they can just drop an envelope in the mail for far less than the cost of a cup of coffee, there are no Customs issues and delivery should be pretty quick. It’s also not a bad idea to ingratiate yourself with the nearest worm lab, especially if they’re within a reasonable distance, as you would then be able to ask the occasional small favor of them, for example asking them for a commonly used plasmid.
Christian Frokjaer-Jensen has the following plasmid at Addgene:
It contains the briggsae unc-119 (aka “Cb-unc-119” or “Cbr-unc-119”) and Punc-122::gfp on the same plasmid.
