Hi, Has anyone worked with unc-31 (e169) strain? Other than the unc phenotype, is there a specific genotype I can check for. One of the papers talks about a mutation in intron 9 with this allele but I am unable to locate this based on sequencing. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks

Disrupts 5’ splice donor of intron 9
This is exactly the same annotation as sa349, which is reported in Wormbase, with the precise genomic location:
