I’m working on a genetics project with various strains of C. elegans wild isolates and I would like to have a way to tell which is which. Does anyone know if there is a database of unique SNPs for each wild isolate, particularly in the CENDER divergent set list (about 12 strains). I would love to use those to match my strains to a certain isolate. Thank you!
