WormMart and RNAi clones

Hello

We use both Vidal and Ahringer RNAi libraries and have a dedicated database to store screen results. With changes in annotation, the clones need to be re-mapped periodically (for us, with each new freeze). Each clone is associated with a unique sequence and genomic coordinates (e.g. http://www.wormbase.org/db/seq/pcr?name=sjj_F53G12.2;class=PCR_product or http://www.wormbase.org/db/seq/pcr?name=mv_F56C11.1;class=PCR_product). Unless I’ve missed it, one cannot enter “pcr?name=” identifiers in WormMart. On the otherhand, if you enter an RNAi WB ID, you can get the PCR Product name and the identifty of genes that are targettted by a given PCR product, which is the information I’m looking for. So we going to download all 76199 RNAi WB ID Entries and use Excel to extract the information.
But this is not very elegant. My question is whether there is any simple way around this, or is this something that might change in a future version?

Thanks

Jonathan
