I have been using WormMine in R for a while for several parts of an analysis. Today, when I tried to open the connection, I found that the WormMine was not present in the list of mines (listMines() gives a list that used to include WormMine, but that is now gone). Does anyone know if this is normal, and it will come back? Or why it was removed?
Trying to access Wormmine via Wormbase gives me the error message:
“Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.”
(http://intermine.wormbase.org/tools/wormmine/begin.do)
Since its hosted at Wormbase, I would send them a message and ask, they are usually very helpful!
