Worms cDNA library/clones?

Dear all,

Are there any companies/institutes that offer worm cDNA libraries and/or individual clones? I would like to get a set of cell cycle proteins for structural work. Any suggestion would be most appreciated :).

Hi Will,

One source of worm cDNAs is the collection of EST clones generated by the Kohara lab at the National Institute of Genetics of Japan. You can search it using the NEXTDB interface:

Another source is the ORFeome library by Mark Vidal’s laboratory. The clones are available through Geneservice:
