Wrm fosmid insertion site?

Hi,

Does anyone know where in the pCC1FOS backbone the insertion was made to generate the Wrm fosmids? I have the sequence of pCC1FOS and the sequence of my fosmid of interest, and I’d love to stitch them together properly…

the insert is blunt ended into the Eco72I site. you can do a digest or sequence in to figure out orientation. (i think the orientation info is archived somewhere, but i’m not sure where to find it)

perhaps contact the distributor about orientation info if it is archived etc?
