Dear all,

does anybody have a protocol for X-ray or UV-ray integration for extrachromosomal arrays? Is there somebody in Germany who does this regularly?

There is a section in Wormbook on this. The protocol given in that section is somewhat similar to the highly popular Hobert protocol, which seems like it might involve somewhat less work.
Another, older protocol was written up by Michael Koelle; it’s significantly more labor-intensive than the Hobert protocol, and I think it’s used less often these days.
