I’m looking for someone who can consult on some yeast transformations and genomic integrations in the SF Bay Area.
I have experience working with E.coli and thought those skills would transfer over to yeast, but I’ve tried two different kits (Zymo’s EZ-Yeast and Sigma’s YEAST1) and have been endlessly troubleshooting to no avail. This would be 2-3 months of consulting work, hourly pay, 4-8 hours a week, very flexible work schedule, must be in person.
