I’m looking for a publication (or a book) dealing with the division profile of Z1 and Z4 during L1 diapause (embryos hatched in absence of food). Do Z1 /Z4 act like Z2/Z3 which remain quiescent
And does someone know precisely how many cells do Z2 /Z3 produce at the end of the L1 stage ? I 've found something in wormbook in a graph (about 8-10cells), is it constant ?
