Did you know that GO supplies some of the Pathway information available on Alliance pages?
GO-Casual Activity Models (GO-CAMs) as available in AmiGO are also available in the Pathways section of applicable gene pages. You can choose between available models, if multiple options exist, with the dropdown near the top of the section. The Processes and Activities section provides details for the GO term, evidence, and other entities in the GO-CAM. Curation efforts for these pathways are in progress with more models on the way, so keep checking back!
