Did you know that GO-CAMs are now viewable directly on the appropriate gene product page in AmiGO? GO-CAM stands for Gene Ontology Causal Activity Model. GO-CAMs link multiple standard GO annotations into an integrated model of a biological system. More information about GO-CAMs can be found on the GO FAQs and on the GO-CAM site.
To view GO-CAMs, click the GO-CAMs tab below the Gene Product Information box. Try it now on the mouse Pkm gene product page. If there are multiple GO-CAMs, you can select one using the Available GO-CAM models drop-down. Note that not all gene products have GO-CAMs.
